We went in to the Chase Bank branch on E. Tabernacle in St. George, Utah, on Saturday to take some things out of our safety deposit box. There were just two staff present - a teller and a personal banker. In order to access the safety deposit box, we were told by the teller that only the personal banker could sign us in. Twice we waited for him, only to leave after a lengthy wait and returned again to find him in drawn out conversation. Both times, he totally ignored our presence outside his office. Someone more experienced would have acknowledged us, especially with a short staff of two, but he went on and on and finally we left in disgust. Poor, poor customer service from an obviously inexperienced person!
