Came here today, it’s a small store, but they have a really good selection of comics. I bought Daredevil Born Again and Kraven’s Last Hunt. They have reasonable pricing and friendly staff too.

First visit, they made me feel welcome. Nice small store that is still making it, despite this era being tough for print comics. Friendly staff and excellent monthly subscription system. For those of us that live outside of town, this is a big help.

David is highly knowledgeable, a master of his craft! As an avid action figure collector, it was so refreshing to find out that there is a store that not only carries discontinued carded Star Wars action figures, but also such a store whose owner understands what he is selling. The experience at Comics Plus is unbeatable! An absolute favorite store to visit and give business to. David's great to talk to as well!

Cute shop. Lots of great items. Comics however are crazy overpriced. Came in from Vegas looking for amazing Spider-Man comics. They had some issues I had planned to buy until the price tag. They are not using eBay or overstreet to price books. Not sure what they use. Even though I really wanted the stack of books. I can get them on eBay way cheaper even with shipping considered. So I put them back and walked out sad. before this gets tagged as a fake review. I assure you it’s not. I hope they read and adjusted pricing.

I’ve been coming to Comics Plus since they were located on Sunset Blvd. A lot of the negative reviews on here just don’t seem to add up. David (owner) has always been kind, helpful, and has fair prices. It seems like a lot of people don’t realize that he is deaf. It’s not that he is ignoring you or isn't personable, you need to face him when speaking so that he can read your lips. My boyfriend and I have been struggling to find Pokémon cards for his 10 year old daughter… Which is heartbreaking because she loves them so much and because adults are buying out all the cards without leaving any for kids. I also have a broken back and it’s one of the few things I can actually participate in with them. It’s been such a joy for us to be able to look at and buy Pokémon cards at Comics Plus. We never have to worry about her walking away disappointed and empty handed. David is always so patient when we have questions or when my boyfriends daughter pays for each card one at a time. Thank you David!! We will see you again next week! :)
