“Adam has helped twice in a meltdown situation. I would say I was the one melting down. Not my computer. I thought I had been hacked. He could have charged me a ton of money, but he didn’t. But I would have paid it if he said to because I was desperate. He fixed my computer within a couple of hours. The second incident was after hours. I called the after hours service and he answered! He guided me through the scammers fake virus notice and didn’t even charge me. I am very appreciative of their honesty and availability.”
