I hardly ever leave a review that isn't five stars but this Saint George Costco customer service department should be entirely ashamed at how they treat some people as well as lack empathy and accommodations

Have always had excellent service. Just recently they were very helpful locating a medication that was scarce in every other pharmacy I called. The pharmacist was willing to go the extra mile and kept me informed of the positive and negative results of the search. Thank you Costco!

The customer service by employees when looking for an item that has been moved to a new location from its usual location is less than stellar. When you have to go up to the front of the store twice and they can't give you the correct location and you waste 20 minutes looking for the item is ridiculous. Those employees do not care, such a shame.

BOUGHT A DISHWASHER FROM COSTCO - ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! We purchased a dishwasher from Costco on 11/25. They included free delivery and installation. Unbenounced to us, they subcontracted it out to RXO, who subcontracted it out to S & R (Solid & Reliable) Trucking Company to deliver and install it. The delivery team arrived, didn't have it on their orders to install it, but did it anyway, and in the process ruined our countertops and it was installed improperly. Not leveled, and sticking out of the opening, leaning forward. Alarms and error codes went off on the first load. We have called Costco REPEATEDLY (4 weeks) for help - and they keep passing us around. There has been ZERO RESPONSE to come check this install, despite many repeated attempts! 5 days later while waiting for the Install Team to come and figure it out, (which they never did) we realized it was FLOODING our kitchen. Now -- 4+ weeks later, a remediation company has ripped out our kitchen, counters, sink, disposal, and flooring and NO ONE FROM COSTCO will come to help us or take accountability! They want us to file a claim with OUR homeowners policy! We are living in a nightmare! Be aware that if you have something delivered or installed by Costco, and it causes $35,000 damage to your home (Disaster Company estimate), they will NOT take responsibility and will defer and deflect. As a 40 year Executive member of Costco, I cannot believe how awful their level of customer relations and service is! A total nightmare that ruined our Christmas and now we are weeks if not MONTHS from getting a functional kitchen, new flooring, and having our lives put back together. Don't count on Costco's online guarantee, "we are committed to providing quality and value on the products we sell with a risk free 100% satisfaction guarantee on both your membership and merchandise "

Order a $9.99 Roast beef sandwich from costco fast food court today it was disgusting the bread came out half frozen and gummy like clay .I ask if they could toast the half frozen bread i got a blank stare from the cashier girl she said it a new item she didn't know anything about this item . I threw it away costco really dropped the ball on this item extremely poor quality not up to costco standards and in my opinion way overpriced for poor quality sandwich costco what going on with your standards will be contacting Costco corporate office. Save yourself $10.00 and never order this terrible food matter.

This review is for the fuel station, not the whole store. I've been a member with Costco for about 25 years and I'm generally very happy. When I moved away from WA to NV, I also purchased a Sam's Club membership because there aren't Costcos five miles from my home in every direction here so I sometimes shop there for convenience. One thing I don't buy there very often is fuel because the lines are very poorly managed and it's a total free-for-all with people cutting in line and forcing their way in. The employees there refuse to manage this. I tell people I go out of my way to get fuel at Costco, which leads to me pushing off shopping that I might otherwise do at Sam's out of proximity convenience to Costco because I'm going there anyway. Unfortunately, I had a worse-than Sam's Club experience at this Costco location. The employees were standing around chatting with each other rather than managing the traffic which led to the issue. There are a lot of timid drivers who are afraid to pull around when one or both of the front two pumps comes available. The people who work there need to be encouraging them to pull around to keep the flow moving especially on busy days. The employees just kept standing there and chatting while the two front pumps sat open for several minutes. Finally, two people from the next line over decided to cut in front of the entire line I was in and take the open pumps. I was mad at this point so I got out of my car and confronted them. They said the pumps were open and nobody was taking them so they decided to hop in. Aside from these guys being jerks who don't care about line etiquette, the employees were literally standing right there next to these pumps chatting. They saw the confrontation and finally decided to do their jobs. Unfortunately, they continued to do their jobs wrong. They opted to come after me rather than telling these two to get back in line. They basically told me I was being a jerk. Other people in line were cheering me on but since I was the one standing up to the real jerks, the crappy Costco employees got in my face. At this point I was enraged and told them off as well. I will avoid this Costco location in the future. I don't know what it is about the people of Utah that makes them feel entitled to cut in front of entire lines of people who have all been waiting but I see this kind of behavior there a lot and if Costco wants to avoid angering their customers, they need to have their employees clearly trained on what to do when it happens. UT is divided into three distinct groups. The population that the state is known for, the population the state is not known for who mostly want you to know just by looking at them that they aren't part of the other group and the third, and most annoying, the people who technically are part of the first group but who are trying really hard to make the second group think they're the "cool ones" who aren't like the rest. The trait shared by all three groups is that they seem oblivious to the fact that there are other people on the planet when they're in a hurry or feeling entitled to something.

Just beware if you happen to get talked into changing your internet service from the Lumen Century Link vendor. Dishonest at its best. Surprising that Costco allows these folks to sell in their store. Sort of leaves a bad taste for Costco. The rep lied to us about providing a Lifetime Price lock of $45 a month if we switched from TDS to them. So we did. But, it wasn't true. Two days before our install date I double checked our confirmation receipt. It showed nothing of the sort. It actually showed that there could be price increases. Thus, we called and cancelled the install and are waiting for a credit for the first months charge on our Costco card. Hope to see this sales rep again when I'm in there. You've been warned.

Jarren was set helpful and helped us load a huge flat screen into the truck, without even asking. Thank you for your hard work

This is my family's favorite Costco to stop at when visiting southern Utah. St. George is basically the only city of any significance for 100 miles, so it's a great place to stop for gas, a quick meal, and to pick up snacks or last-minute clothing for the trip ahead. The eastern edge of the parking lot has a great view of the landscape below.

I was at Costco yesterday to get my hearing aids repaired. The assholes at McAfee killed them because I didn't renew my service contract. Picked up some quinoa salad, green salad and toffee bites.

PSA if you're not the main. Shopper in your house like I am you really don't have a need to get a Costco card when your spouse has one. Unfortunately for me, my spouse left for Air Force basic training in Texas. I found myself standing in line and being asked to leave after being questioned. It would have been nice to receive a little advice on how to fix thr problem after listening to a condescending cashier, but this is society nowadays. Long story short, make sure you are aware of all rules and regulations, people don't care.
