New chocolate icecream is really good. It was very backed up at around 615 pm. Very unorganized in the numbers coming out. The wait for an icecream was 40-45 minutes. Others around me was the same.
The guy serving pizza had great customer service. He had a mild tone of voice when handling frustration from people about the long wait on the pizza. Props to him!

The employees here on 5/31/24 were ridiculous. I waited 35 minutes and it was not very busy. The guy calling out order numbers was rude and unprofessional. He has a neck tattoo of a clover or something. Didn't know how to do his job and I watched him be rude to multiple customers. Blonde girl is the only reason the place was able to function. She's great.

Very busy.... hardly a place to sit and eat your food as the food court needs more space and tables ... friendly staff and we love the low prices....

Good when the order is correct and the food is fresh. They find really creative ways to mess things up.

It’s great but the people out here need to stop treating it like it’s a restaurant. The lines, the crowd, the wait are impossible. Get a small snack maybe; quit getting mango smoothies for each of your ten kids when it’s busy.

This review is for the fuel station, not the whole store. I've been a member with Costco for about 25 years and I'm generally very happy. When I moved away from WA to NV, I also purchased a Sam's Club membership because there aren't Costcos five miles from my home in every direction here so I sometimes shop there for convenience. One thing I don't buy there very often is fuel because the lines are very poorly managed and it's a total free-for-all with people cutting in line and forcing their way in. The employees there refuse to manage this. I tell people I go out of my way to get fuel at Costco, which leads to me pushing off shopping that I might otherwise do at Sam's out of proximity convenience to Costco because I'm going there anyway. Unfortunately, I had a worse-than Sam's Club experience at this Costco location. The employees were standing around chatting with each other rather than managing the traffic which led to the issue. There are a lot of timid drivers who are afraid to pull around when one or both of the front two pumps comes available. The people who work there need to be encouraging them to pull around to keep the flow moving especially on busy days. The employees just kept standing there and chatting while the two front pumps sat open for several minutes. Finally, two people from the next line over decided to cut in front of the entire line I was in and take the open pumps. I was mad at this point so I got out of my car and confronted them. They said the pumps were open and nobody was taking them so they decided to hop in. Aside from these guys being jerks who don't care about line etiquette, the employees were literally standing right there next to these pumps chatting. They saw the confrontation and finally decided to do their jobs. Unfortunately, they continued to do their jobs wrong. They opted to come after me rather than telling these two to get back in line. They basically told me I was being a jerk. Other people in line were cheering me on but since I was the one standing up to the real jerks, the crappy Costco employees got in my face. At this point I was enraged and told them off as well. I will avoid this Costco location in the future. I don't know what it is about the people of Utah that makes them feel entitled to cut in front of entire lines of people who have all been waiting but I see this kind of behavior there a lot and if Costco wants to avoid angering their customers, they need to have their employees clearly trained on what to do when it happens. UT is divided into three distinct groups. The population that the state is known for, the population the state is not known for who mostly want you to know just by looking at them that they aren't part of the other group and the third, and most annoying, the people who technically are part of the first group but who are trying really hard to make the second group think they're the "cool ones" who aren't like the rest. The trait shared by all three groups is that they seem oblivious to the fact that there are other people on the planet when they're in a hurry or feeling entitled to something.

I appreciate the price. It's worth the visit and quick bite. However, depending on the time you do visit, there possibly could be no place to sit n eat. So make sure you have a plan "B" in place. Of course, there are better places to eat, BUT not prices.

Many good deals there and especially egg and butter prices. Always get pizza on our way out.
