“Everyone at this branch is always so very helpful. (I’ve only gotten the opportunity to be helped by the ladies at the front of the bank though) The ladies always have such great energy and I’m also greeted EVERY single time I walk through their door. They are always sincere and seem generally happy to help me out with whatever I’m needing that day. *** Which is hard to find these days in the customer service arena. Ive never had to wait in a long line. EVER. There’s always enough tellers to handle all of us clients, and in a very timely matter I must say. I actually don’t even have an account with SSFCU, but when I moved down to the area, a couple years ago, I needed to find a Credit Union that allowed Shared Branching with my credit union, Utah Power Credit Union. The closest branch of my credit union is about 4 hours away, so I was very happy to find out that this location did shared branching. The funny thing is I don’t live near this credit union per-say. (I’m off the Washington Parkway exit). I drive past 2 or 3 other credit unions, who also do shared branching, just to get to this credit unions location. I’ve just always had such a nice experience at this credit union, that I don’t mind driving approx. an extra 15 minutes. I just want to say one more thing. Like I said earlier in the review ALL these ladies are fantastic, but there is one that has always gone above and beyond when helping me out. Her name is Amber. I’m not sure of her last name, and I hope you don’t have two ladies named Amber at this location because I’d really like her to be recognized for amazing customer service. I was just at this location this morning, encase you need to verify which Amber I’m talking about.”
“Lisa is always such an amazing teller at the bank to stop by With! She is so positive and always makes me happy. She radiates kindness and we are very lucky to have her at this branch and my little girl loves her suckers!”

“Website had some issues this morning and my coworker and I couldn't get out checks deposited on the app. We kept getting an error. Went to this branch and Jessica helped me not sure what guy helped my coworker but Jessica hopped on the phone and waited for an agent and was able to cancel the transaction and try again and it worked! ( We were originally told we would have to wait 24-48 hours) Jessica went above and beyond and when the other agent gave up she wound up helping my coworker as well.
