Great customer service! I called them on Saturday afternoon and within an hour Louis arrived to assess the damage to our garage door which was stuck after it was accidentally knocked off the track. He managed to safely bring the garage door down. He let me know about smart garage doors. Meanwhile, we ordered a replacement door which arrived a day earlier than promised. His team did the professional installation and made additional adjustments to our garage door opener and the frame. He also provided helpful maintenance tips. Highly recommend!!

They were on time, very friendly and efficient. It was a delight to interact with the team. We had a custom garage door created it was just like we had hope beautifully done. The work was completed in a professional manner and quickly considering we added repairing a second garage door once he was here. Happy to recommend them to anyone I know.

Great garage door company. I love their smart operators so nice knowing if someone left the garage open we could close it when not home or if letting someone deliver and we aren't home. Great product and fair price. They also are a large fireplace company also. Good people.

Loved working with Custom Fireplaces! They got us scheduled quickly, showed up on time, and got the job done, helped us create the dream fire place we were looking for, they were on time, and laid down a protective tarp in front of the fireplace. They checked and cleaned everything. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend them !!
