The receptionist is a b*tch. Not friendly or accommodating at all! Stoned faced with no expression to make you feel welcome. I started feeling like I was a victim! I don't care how many certificates she has displayed on a wall....Express some customer service! We're not all 'bad' ,we are simply there for a pre-employment test, or just a random call for drug testing, that most companies do.
