These guys work closely with McArthur’s Funeral home and they did the most BEAUTIFUL arrangements for my mom’s funeral. She loved flowers and was very particular of her favorites and her not favorites. I spent a long time there looking at their albums and selecting the flowers and greenery she loved most and also asking the names of everything. They were sooo knowledgeable and knew every single plant and flower! We did a casket spray, a table spray, a wreath with my mom’s photo inside and boutonnieres for the pal bearers, and pin-on corsages for the women. They can put unique fun things in floral arrangements but I loved this picture of my mother we put in the wreath stand and it was my favorite arrangement. I told them my flower budget and the list of what I wanted and asked that they work their magic. They did not disappoint. These talented artists do stunning work!

Completely and utterly disappointed in the plant I ordered. I chose a plant for my Mother In Law's birthday. This will be her last one. I am out of town so I ordered it online and paid for the most expensive tier. The plant was bigger and placed in a basket but nothing extra was put on it. No cute little Happy Birthday sign nor any accents of any kind in the plant. The plant was a common Peace Lily. No blooms. I should've just sent my sister in law some money and had her go get the plant and put it in a basket. I paid $91.39 after tax.
Called to talk to them about it. They don’t care whatsoever. I live in Salt Lake. If you buy the highest tier arrangement available….the florist actually designs a basket. Wow. What a concept. They put some color in it and maybe two plants. This place is a joke. They only give you a generic plant pic (which was not a Peace Lily that I received). Then it states that it is the “Designers Choice” so I expect that an artist/designer will actually design an assortment of plants. Not just throw a plant in a basket and deliver it. Pic 1 is what I got. Pic 2 and Pic 3 are examples of here in Salt Lake of what you get when you order a plant arrangement and they are less money here! Do yourself a favor and go to Amazon and have this same Peace Lily (in a pot) delivered to you for free and it costs $18-26.

I made an order with Desert Rose for a birthday gift delivery. I was super happy that staff was willing to share photo before delivery. I asked for a little change but it was already out of delivery by minutes. To my surprise, they brought back before actual drop off and made the changes I asked for. Let me also add the person who helped me was extremely nice and went out of her way to help me out here. They also were able to help me out by delivering same day when I called mid afternoon, so grateful! Customer service is the best!
I have ordered from this florist for multiple years long distance as I am no longer a local. Thank you Desert Rose!

When I had ordered online for flowers to be delivered and the other company didn't deliver, I looked around for a shop that I could call and speak to someone. My bestie was in the hospital and I had ordered flowers for Wednesday. The internet florist didn't come through for me so I called this place.
OMG! Someone answered the phone and they were polite and incredibly helpful. They helped me off the ledge because I was so angry with the other company. She told me she could do the arrangement I wanted, and then she said it would be delivered by mid afternoon today. She relieved my anxiety. And I just got a picture from my bestie who received her flowers early mid afternoon today. They are really wonderful and I've saved their info in my address book. They are who I will always go to.
A word to internet companies: I will only order from someone I can talk to. If you don't have a phone number and a real person, I won't use you.

Our mother corsages didn’t make it to our wedding we ran here because it was the only shop we could find open on. Saturday. They were amazing and made us the most adorable wrist corsages in less than 30 minutes. They were polite and friendly amazing customer service and the price was more than fair. Thanks for saving the day!

Did not receive the correct flower arrangement i ordered. Would not recommend ordering online as they do not have some items avaliable and sent flowers I did not order. Called and was told there was nothing they could do.

This is the first time getting flowers from this place. It was a mother's day gift when it got delivered the flowers looked a little rough. They looked like they just threw some old flowers in the vase. Some flowers looked fresh and happy and the roses looked sad and some petals dry and old.

My friend and I got boutonnières for our dates a bit last minute and they still made them! The employees are so kind and fun! It is such an adorable and cozy place. Totally would recommend :)
