Service above and beyond! Showed up on a Saturday with zero notice and Tim somehow managed to track down parts that don’t exist on planet Earth anymore. His shop is a V-twin museum—a masterclass in motorsports.

Absolutely top notch service from Tim. Took my 2010 Road King in for a 50k service and he went above and beyond. His rates were so good that I was able to get a few upgrades done on top of that and stay within my budget. He was honest and fair. I will be returning to Tim's shop for future service.

Went up their made an appointment to have problems fixed that zion hd and lasvegas hd ripped me off when they dis-served my bike. I do not trust either of them touching my bikes. hoping this guy was a reputable service mechanic. Not so sure
Never got to that point when I showed up for my appointment he did not like the truth I spoke about the service Manager at zion hd. Come to find out he Calls him a friend and brother and ask my to take my business else where. And showed me to the door. So if he is in cahoots with zion service? good Riddance to desert thunder.
He must be as shady as zion & lv hd.

He acted like he didn't want me in his shop. I think it is because I didn't ride there on a motorcycle. I wanted a black jacket, but didn't even bother looking at them because of his poor customer service skills. I won't go there again.

I got stuck running out of front pads on my Triumph Bonneville. As an Australian I didn't know where to go, but fortunately I found Desert Thunder who organised for the pads to be delivered there, even though they only deal with Harleys. Tim refused my offer of payment for his effort. He is a credit to the business community and the biker brotherhood.We extended our stay for an extra 5 days to spend more time in St George as a result.

This isn’t a review, so ignore the star rating options.I ride a Honda VTX 1800. The reviews regarding treatment of non-Harley owners are both troubling and disappointing. Bikes are just machines to me regardless of who builds them, but I would appreciate seeing some positive reviews from other rice-burner owners like me.
