I had the best experience today with Heidi, she helped me so much with what I was looking for. She is so kind and sweet! They way she talks to customers is outstanding, she actually cares and listens to what your looking for or needing.

I found a couple of beat up items for a high price. Example: A Wilson basketball was $79.99 and it looked like someone had overused it. Then there was no one around to help so yah. Too pricey for poor quality with no help...

Don't usually have a super significant experience here, but Heidi was SO helpful today, especially when I used the dressing room about a million times. She was also so kind to let me back in. Shoutout to her and her awesome service!!

They did a “post void” after charging me more than what an item was labeled at. The amount they put back on my card was less than what they charged me! Shocking management!

i ordered two owala water bottles i waited so long on the waiting list for and they both arrived slightly dented. There was no way for an exchange because it was out of stock and the refund i got on 80 dollars for damaged product was 8 dollars. Don’t order anything online. Will not be returning

We came in to buy some shoes, there is a self-service kiosk that you can request to try on shoes and they will bring them to you. We got a couple brought out to us. The Customer Service in the shoe department is practically nonexistent if you have questions or need a different size. The store has a great selection of items for both men, women and children. The store was very clean and the cashiers at the front were very nice and friendly.

Whoever came up with the new way of displaying shoes - it's completely inaccessible. No associate offered help, and there's no way I'm asking to see stock on a screen. Change it back. You did wrong and you can correct this

Went in to look at some clubs. Tried to use the putting green when Brent came up and took the ball from me and told me that I can’t try out clubs. I informed him I was trying to buy a club, yet he still took the ball and left
