Absolutely love and trust this place for my dogs. They are honest and never push unnecessary/extra services. My dog is a barker and they always handle her well. Have seen multiple veterinarians here and all have been wonderful.

They were so great with my son’s puppy when he got parvo, I was beyond thankful they helped us nurse him back to health.
The receptionist is so kind and compassionate, you can really tell in her voice that she is genuine.

When you make customers wait in a call queue, give them the opportunity of speaking to a live person, not leave a message.
When you forget to trim ALL the nails on a dog, don’t make your customers pay for another appointment to finish the job.
This is the way a business turns current customers into former customers.

Great atmosphere to bring our two dogs for care. Large waiting area, and all the staff were calm and reassuring. Brought our 16-month poodle in to be spayed. We received a follow-up call to ck on her recovery. Thank you to the Dr and staff for the great care!

Traveling cross country with our dogs, when one got a foxtail burr under the skin on top of a paw. Dixie - St George got us in quickly with no appointment, took care of the problem (which was pretty involved) and sent us on our way with bandaged pup, meds, etc...and the price was very reasonable. Great vet, staff, and communications. Well done! Thank you!

If I could give a negative star I would. All they care about is money. No feelings for the animals or owners unless you have an appointment or can pay their walk in fees which are insane! All I needed was some instruction from a vet tech on how to care for a new born kitten that was abandoned. It would have taken about 10 minutes, but no one would speak with me unless I paid them $145.00. I was basically told that they didn't have time for that and it wasn't worth it to them. So much for helping animals and the community. I will never grace their front door again so no worries, I won't waste my time or my money on non-caring, rude, and non-compassionate people.

My wife took her sick puppy and she was extremely pleased with the extremely friendly reassuring service. They were able to identify the problem and send her home with medication.

Highly recommend Dixie Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Thode. They are excellent to work with, the clinic is spotless, and they are very professional. They helped my dogs at the last minute on two separate occasions.

Gave my dog the wrong dosage of Flea and tick meds, it gave him muscle spasms all night, he could've had a full seizure. When told about the issue they didn't give me a refund or credit.
