Dollar Tree - DC 12 is a convenient location for loading and unloading. Trucks can park across the street at the new development, and check-in is available at the gate if arriving less than an hour early. Unloading typically takes less than an hour, though delays can occur if there is a lumper fee. The staff and security are friendly and helpful, making the process smoother. However, early deliveries are not allowed, and being late may result in being turned away.
Have Your Safety vest ready otherwise ull be turned around. Had a 5 am delivery appointment showed up at 4 30 am checked in at the guard 5 18 am. Every truck in front of you 7 or 8 minutes to check in consider that. Other then that under 2 hours delivery which is Gold!!! Overnight parking across the street.
