This store was full of a lot of the new spring and summer stuff! They don’t have a storage room for product so quite often boxes that need unpacked are in the isles. The store was moderately clean. They were understaffed so a long line to check out. The employees I interacted with were kind and helpful.

Only one cash register open.
Customers all the way down the aisle all the way to the end of the store where you can't even shop those aisles with the people waiting in line.
There was three to four employees in there and only one cash register open.
I left my cart. I had a full cart but I'm not going to wait that long I just left my cart right there and left.

Worst Dollar Tree I've ever visited. Needs new management!!!! My family loves dollar tree and we travel and have shopped at many of them. This location is consistently behind all the other locations in cleanliness, selection, and service. It seems to be in a perpetual state of disorganization with restocking boxes cluttering every isle more often than not, and the location seems very understaffed, poorly managed and undertrained. I was once stopped from entering the store 9 minutes before close (7:51) and told the store is closing in 1 minute. I responded by pulling up the time on my phone and asked "if the store close at 7:52?" And I was met with a glare and a very snarky "fine, you have eight minutes, you better shop fast." I went in today around 1pm and there were 2 lines that stretched through half the store with 15-20 people in each line. After waiting for 20 minutes, I had to leave my place and walk up to the front to find out that the computers were frozen and no one bothered to tell the 40 plus people waiting in line that there was a technical problem that people may like to factor into their decision to continue waiting another 20-30 minutes. I left and immediately downloaded yelp to leave this review! Shop someone else if you can! This place is the worst.

Service could be more pleasant, and the environment needs a lot of attention for cleaning and organizing. This js my least favorite Dollar Tree in Southern Utah.

Giving it a 4 star but only because Ashley was amazing!! She was the only employee there when I shopped on 8/14. She had a line 4 deep and one person asked for helium balloons to be filled. Ashley rocked it. Helped keep the line going while filling the balloons. Come on Dollar Tree she shouldn’t have to be there by herself. Not to mention there were boxes everywhere from a delivery that had just been made. I saw a sign on the door “now hiring “ so apparently you’re short staffed. But!!!!!!! Again Ashley did great!

I asked a female employee for assistance in finding an item and she literally huffed and puffed at me for doing so. Never spending my money here again.

A place like Daiso in the US. There are many products priced around $1. There are also figures of poor quality. It would be a good place to visit when purchasing disposable items.
