I really like Eddie Bauer, always have, but lots of things at Eddie Bauer in both the outlet stores online and regular retail stores over the years. I've always been treated well and actually enjoyed shopping there. But today was different. If I were to treat people like Brenda treated me today, I would never have ever returned to an Eddie Bauer store. I didn't expect the attitude and the flippancy of this associate. I called her on it and said I didn't expect to have that kind of attitude from someone at an Eddie Bauer store and she said she doesn't make the policies. I told her I wasn't worried about the policy, just her attitude. So I called corporate and let them know. I don't expect or want anything from this but people need to be nicer. Just kinder. There's no reason to treat anyone with such attitude. For some reason it hit me just right and made me mad enough to leave this.

Terri Potter was extremely kind and helpful! I wanted to recreate an outfit I saw on a mannequin, and she helped me find every piece of clothing I needed! I was so thankful for her help! She deserves a raise for all her hard work!

The family and I travel to St George every 4 or so months to check out the town and stock up on the seasons EB good. Great spot, easy parking, easy to get to, and true outlet prices in much of their goods

Wow lots of clothes! Overpriced but most are marked down 50-60%. I got a jacket and a pair of shorts.

I shopped here a lot while I lived in Utah years ago. Customer service was helpful and friendly. Clothing quality was made to last.

I really wanted to give this store more kudos. It had a good variety of items. The employees were very friendly and had just the right amount of engagement. My biggest issue - there was a big sign that talked about specials for their loyal clients. However, at checkout I was told that the loyalty program wasn't working at the time. A little disappointing. I was told I could use my receipt and enter it myself.
