The ladies at the front desk are absolutely lovely and have gone out of their way to help us resolve issues quickly like when our AC stopped working, and when the back yard sprinklers were going AWOL.

Apartments are affordable. No dishwasher in the units. If you live in building B there’s a guy on the first level you will want to be careful of. He lives in an apartment complex with college students and young married couples. And he complains about the slightest noise. Laundry facility is usually clean. Not a lot of lighting at night. Good for Dixie State students because of the proximity to campus. Only takes 10-20 minutes to walk to campus. Two stars because of the gentleman I wrote about.

Very rude and no customer service skills what so ever. I had a check returned and once I found out paid it within a couple days, so apparently that gave them cause to be as rude as possible to me. Their accounting statements make no sense and they just apply stuff were ever they like without explaining it. Most rude experience I have ever had and I have had a storage unit with them for over 4 years, not to mention the time before I had a unit with them and had a bunch of stuff stolen!

I use their storage unit. I wish the yards stayed open later. They close at 8pm. They don't communicate well. They've changed the code a few times without letting me know. They don't take cards. Only cash or checks. I'm in the middle of changing storage units.

My wife and I lived in the town homes on Indian hills drive and before moving in we had to wait 3 weeks for the cleaning lady to "clean" the apartment. When we finally got the keys the house didn't look touched, we spent the next three days deep cleaning the apartment. While living there, the lady at the office we gave our rent to was EXTREMELY nice which is why I'm giving them 3 stars and not any lower than that. They do have a TON OF COCKROACHES outside at night(I know it's kinda expected here in st George but we had a guy spray outside and then next morning there were about 100 cockroaches that were outside our front door🤢). The day after moving we spent the day cleaning the apartment. When we moved completely, it took 8 weeks to get our "deposit" back. We recieved a check for $77. We got docked $145 for a carpet cleaning, $67.50 for a minimum repair fee and $210 for a cleaning fee. That was our experience renting from them

It took 7 weeks to get our deposit back. By law the check needs to be dated exactly 30 days from the move out day. We also had $100 missing from our deposit. If they were thorough, they would also leave a check out list of things that need to be cleaned upon moving out. The apartment was filthy when we moved in. Besides those things, Ence was great to work with. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful.

The check only for payment is extreemly hard to deal with but that is set aside and is nothing compared to the rude staff. They are hardly ever friendly and I feel like I am a burden when I call or go in to make a payment. They have a code to get onto the storage units which changes with out notice and if you do not have the code you are out of luck. Very irritating.

They are busy enough that they do not feel the need to provide any special services such as taking credit cards over the phone or a website for customer service purposes etc. They are very friendly and helpful people to work with just the same. Their facilities are nice and fairly secure with automatic gates and high fences and walls. That's not to say someone that wanted to could not get in, but it's secure enough to reduce the temptation for honest folk. Some units do seem to be in less than ideal repair stiff roll-up doors and saggy rubber seals along the bottom of the door.
