Quality service and easy process to rent a vehicle

The location I rented from had great customer service and I got my rental in a timely manner. I had a rental return question and when I called in I was satisfied with the answer. I will definitely rent from this location again.

I’ve been a longtime Enterprise customer. In general, I’ve come back time and time again as a satisfied customer. This time wasn’t the best experience. It started out with the location not having the vehicle I reserved. I ended up with a much larger vehicle that cost me an additional $75 in gas. Additionally, the tires were near the end of their tread life which was a bit disconcerting and the oil change sticker on the windshield showed the vehicle was 4000 miles past due for its oil change. These factors suggest a lapse in overall quality from what I’ve come to expect from Enterprise.

Fair prices. Allowed dogs in crates. Flexible return allowed us to extend rental without fees when our truck repairs were delayed.

I have now had two great experiences with this particular Enterprise branch! I wish I could remember the names of those that helped me the first time, but I do know that the second time, I worked with the manager Kathryn. She is very friendly and knowledgeable! The car I drove was well maintained and great to drive. I also appreciate how prompt Enterprise was with sending my receipt and refunding the full deposit. Communication is a 10/10 as well. I look forward to returning to this location for my occasional rental car needs!

Hands down the best Enterprise experience I've ever had. Normally, you wait in lines, the person behind the counter is aggravated and it's just a mess. But that was awesome! Just needed to add a driver to the rental agreement and it literally took maybe 2 minutes.

I rented a car 24 hours in advance. Showed up to pick up the rental and they told me they had no vehicles available.

Just rented a one way car to California. They were so helpful even picked me up at my house. I made the reservation online a few weeks ago and they called me to confirm. Amazing customer service, may not be the lowest cost but the service is worth it!

Was on hold for 18 minutes until 5:01 pm. Called right back and got a message that said the office was closed at 5pm. That was pretty rude to hang up, after being on hold for so long. I never did get a car. They next day they said they where overbooked by 17 cars.

They were helpful, no great personalities though. I do like to see people happy at their jobs. If they can’t bother to smile once , well I won’t go back. Their prices are not lower than most of the big car rentals. Go to enterprise you rent for a week you get 2 days free!! I

Tyson is definitely Mangement material if he isn't already! Car was ready as reserved, Tyson was professional and very efficient. Car return went just as smoothly! We will use enterprise again! Thank you to Tyson for being a great rental agent!

Smaller store so probably need to confirm ahead that they have a car for you. Very friendly staff, I had no issues with a recent rental.
