I have always gotten good service from Enterprise. My car had a warning light and they promptly replaced it, even though I went to a different location. Always great service and good clean cars.

We arrived late around 10:00pm to 11:00pm, picked up a vehicle for work in the area and was helped by a really nice employee named Abi. She was able to get our reservation processed easily and also upgraded us from our full size reservation to an SUV for no charge!
Shout-out to Abi for making our night an easy and great one! Excellent customer service and outstanding performance.

Useless location! We got a rock chip on our road trip from Logan Utah which is where we originally got a car. We called them and they told us to find any Enterprise along the way to get the rock chip repaired or swap the car. We were referred to this location after ANOTHER St George location wouldn't help and they couldn't help us with rock chip and they wouldn't swap our car either. Useless Enterprises...

Upon arrival everything seemed fine, untill I was told there were no navigation devices available, although I had already paid for it online. They said they would deduct the cost, turns out they never did. I was charged twice for the full amount including navigation, plus the corrected amount and had to wait several days for a refund to be issued. Very frustrating experience.

I hate the customer service here. They won’t let you use a debit card and I can’t even use my wife’s credit card. They are the only location open through the holidays and are open until late at night. They legitimately left me stranded at the airport because of their policies.

I only use Enterprise when traveling. Doesn't matter which location I rent from but it's no hassles. Also have not had any issues with the vehicles that I have rented or issues afterwards. Friendly customer service as well.

Picking up my Enterprise rental car from St. George airport was simple, the staff was friendly, and the car was reliable, especially on hilly dirt roads. Great experience all around!

My Son rented a car from Enterprise at Vegas Airport. He brought it back to the St George Utah Airport. Very nice car and easy return. Would recommend.
