Hours: Estancia Resort offers two, three, and four-bedroom condominiums suitable for families and groups. The villas feature private balconies with BBQs, and all suites have access to a resort-style pool, hot tub, and courts for pickleball and basketball. The resort is frequently described as one of the nicest, most amazing places, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay. Many guests found their suites, including large presidential and four-bedroom units, to be exceptionally clean, modern, spacious, and more than they could ask for. The attention to detail in the great design, with high-quality fixtures, large kitchens, big-screen TVs, fast WiFi, and strong AC, contributed to a feeling of royalty and luxury at its best. Some balconies are huge and wrap around, featuring amenities like a natural gas grill or a private hot tub. The pool area is a significant highlight, noted as really great, very open, and large, surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. It is consistently praised for being super clean, spotless, very organized, and well-kept, with plenty of room for families to relax. The overall facility is maintained to a high standard, appearing structured and without garbage. The location is convenient, with restaurants, gas, and shopping nearby. However, experiences with front desk service were mixed. While some interactions were standard, one guest reported a negative experience where management showed no compassion and strictly adhered to policy during check-in, causing significant frustration. A minor note suggested that while units are clean enough, even more detailed cleaning would enhance comfort. Additionally, some buildings are smaller with balconies that do not wrap around.
