Outstanding customer service!I arrived, accidentally, about 6 mins before the store was due to open.I tried the door, found it locked, and just stood back to wait.Without any urging from me, the Thurs morning worker unlocked the door and let me in, 6 min early, because it's a rainy chilly morning!Thank you so much!!

The selection was not great. I was looking for a nude, comfortable heel and only found one that met the color criteria. It was super expensive for an outlet, but there was a coupon, and i was crunched on time, so I got it anyway. Wore the heel once and hated it, so I took it back. That is when i was informed of the "policy." Because I wore the heel once, they refused to refund me. They forced me to take store credit, so I got a pair of Adidas for my fiance. If I had been made aware of this "policy," I would not have purchased anything. They were rude about the whole thing as well. I will never shop at this store again.
