Canceled my house insurance with 6 weeks notice because my home is located in an area that, despite never having a wildfire, they think there might be one. Horrible communication (only by mail), snotty and unhelpful people on the phone. Avoid avoid avoid.

I had been with Progressive through a local agent for a few years and he never checked on me at all; so I called around and found out I was overpaying on both my home and auto. Well now I am giving Farmers and these guys a try. So far I love the follow-up and courtesy I have been getting from Chase.
