If I could leave 1 Star I would. FedEx freight has destroyed every package that I have received in the past year. I have no idea why shippers use them. This time they dropped my new Yodder 640. This thing is 700lbs and strapped to a wide pallet for stability and they still managed to ruin it.

Had to drop off a box for shipping, Becky that processed my paperwork and Charlie that helped me unload the box were very professional and helpful! Excellent customer service, thank you!

The lady in the office was annoyed when I showed up with a pallet. I gave her my companies account number, and she told me that our account was on hold. I called and verified that this was not the case. My company ships several full 28' fed ex trailers a day. This lady was being a lazy jerk and didn't want to help me.
