I wish I could give zero stars. This company is the most difficult to deal with. They cannot update my address on the delivery manager to the correct address, allow me to sign for a package over the phone since they can't correct my address, or offer any assistance. I have worked for USPS in the past and the protocols are completely asinine that this company operates under. USPS and UPS are light years ahead of FedEx. I hope this company gets bought out so that it can be managed with an inkling of intelligence. I would not recommend FedEx to my high school bully.

Called to verify a text I received from FedEx,Ground. Said I had a shipment and needed to reschedule. Was trying to check to see if this is a scam, there is no note saying I missed a delivery here at my address. Before I answered text I want to be sure it is true. I am expecting a delivery so not sure what to do

They put the wrong address on delivery. An address that doesn't even exist. They are not being helpful. Stop sending me to the Indian call center.

I went to this location so that I would have better service than the post office. The woman who helped me was extremely rude and condescending. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.

Riley provided incredible service! I had several large boxes to ship and he was quick to help me get everything taped up and shipped out. He was extremely personable as well, which made the whole experience that much better. Thank you so much!

Couldn’t ship my box unless it was put into another box for them to sell me. They didn’t have a bag that would fit my package. Maybe their inability to ship stuff is why this shipping store is completely empty. On the plus side there was zero wait

I decided to ship a small package overnight with FedEx which turned out to be the worst possible option for a simple objective. This store didn’t ask me if there was a declared value to the package and ultimately dropped me in the hands of corporate customer service when the delivery failed. I won’t ship anything important with FedEx again. The package was “delivered” but the image I was sent confirming this appeared to be in a basement somewhere and not at the house, or anywhere near the house, I shipped it too. I have spent a total of 4 hours on the phone attempting to locate the package and then recovering the exorbitant cost to ship it overnight.

The staff was efficient and friendly, Unfortunately, I paid and additional $25 for delivery of my package by 12pm. I was told it would arrive by then or earlier. Total cost was nearly $90. And it did deliver on time. As these were legal documents, on a deadline, this is a problem... AND there is literally no way I could find to talk to an actual human without going into the store. Location and local team? Awesome! FedEx?? The worst.

It was very busy when I arrived around noon, but the staff was very efficient and kept the line moving. Dani was very friendly, helpful, and patient as she assisted me in downloading and printing an extremely large document.
