Rafael helped us get our car, he was so knowledgeable and helpful with any question we had. And he helped us get a really great deal! We originally went to just look at cars to see what options are out there, with no intent in buying one yet, but everything went so smooth and easy, I didn't feel pressured or scared how usually do at dealerships. My appointment took 5 1/2 hours! When I finally got my vehicle back it stalled 3 times within the first mile! Drove it back only to be told that I needed to drive it on the highway in order for it to work properly.
