We have now purchased 3 vehicles from them and will continue to do so. They have always offered us more for our trade in than any other company in town. They have been respectful of our time and have never been to pushy. I will continue to purchase my vehicles here.

We've now purchased 3 vehicles from Findlay Hyundai. This week we went in for just an oil change, and left with a new Hyundai (those free oil changes just got expensive! ?). Chris was fantastic to work with, he took great care of us! So did John, and (sorry, I forgot his name) the sales manager was great too. We got a great price with a zero percent interest rate. You can't beat that! We've always been treated with respect and professionalism. Thank you Findlay, we absolutely love our new car!

We are 2500 miles from home and our car required urgent attention. The service department fit us right in and found the problem. With help from the parts department a fast resolution was made and allowed us to continue our cross country trip. THANK YOU for your excellent service.

Car broke down outside of St. George while traveling from SLC to Nevada and we had it towed to Findlay Hyundai on a Friday morning. They couldn’t look at it until the following Tuesday. They had no loaner cars. The rental service we were referred to had no rental cars. We had to rent a hotel and find a bus to destination. And a bus to get back to SLC. They also wanted to charge $25 per day for storing the vehicle until we were able to make the 350 miles back to retrieve it. The car needed a software update. If they had been at all helpful they could’ve put it on a tester the day it came in. Then when we picked it up the engine light was still flashing… they forgot to clear the error code. Really? Don’t break down and expect Findlay Hyundai to help out. Hopefully the 800 number I got for some of the expenses will be helpful. The staff was at least friendly. Not too trustworthy in my mind.

Hyundai is criminal for making broken and dangerous cars. This specific dealer is unhelpful, unkind, and unapologetic for these cars. They won't help you out one bit when it comes to navigating warranty or recall work. It's like a secret language/code you have to know or you don't get anywhere. The service manager kept asking me "what do you want me to do personally?" I was flabbergasted. I didn't know what to say. Now that I think about it sir, there is a lot you can do. How about connecting me with your store manager. Maybe he can help figure out how my son is not going to burst into flames? How about being compassionate that we made an appointment and came from across the state to the nearest dealership. That I came from a different state entirely to help get this resolved. No, you told us you had another 9:00 appointment you had to get to. We had a 9:00 appointment, and we were there 20 mins early. That was extremely rude. Yes, you should let the other appointment know you will be with them soon, but not to dispense of us. The final words from the service manager were "it's unlikely that your car will catch fire. The remedy we have available is just to tell you not to park it in an enclosed space like a garage or carport". What I have to say to every Hyundai employee: Just because you work for the worst car company in the world, it doesn't have to affect your humanity.

I was in the middle of online negotiations with the sales manager and had sent a cashiers check for the full payment of the car I was interested in purchasing when he suddenly stopped communicating with me. When he finally contacted me again 5 days later, he said the car had been sold to someone else and that he would mail the check back to me. Probably not illegal but HIGHLY unethical; what kind of legitimate business does this to a customer??

Long story short. My car was totalled in the parking lot of my work while I was inside working.Over the last couple of weeks I have been looking day and night for a car.Well, it just so happens that Findlay was the last stop in town. All the other lots had "promising cars". But then after driving them they all seemed like they would possibly have issues. The problem was all these cars had high miles. The insurance payout I got from my car was not very much unfortunately.Anyways... Findlay had a car close to my price range, a "no hassle price" because they already have extremely low prices compared to other dealerships. But It was still just a bit out of my range, and I was going to choose to walk away. One of the managers of the place felt my frustration and concerns with not wanting to spend more than I could. He went up to his office to see what he could do. After waiting only a moment, he came back and was able to get me my new car at a comfortable rate. If you need a new or used car, I absolutely recommend this dealership.

Thomas and Jason , our sales representatives, we’re excellent and very knowledgeable They took time to really discover our automotive needs. I purchased a used car and the salesman (Chris) and sales manager (Jason) were very professional, courteous, respectful and helpful throughout the process. They never pressured us or play games. They were always open, honest, direct, and forthcoming. We could not have been more impressed or happier with the process and the outcome.

I have shopped with this location since 2013, and each purchase has been wonderful. The management, sales team, finance team, and service team has always been wonderful. I have confidence in my vehicle and the people who have helped me with each purchase. Thank you even with my recent purchase!

I didn't come here to buy a car. I came here because I saw online they were accepting food donations for neighborhood connection. It's a program that helps families who don't have enough food. They give boxes of food, and they provide kids meals to eat over the weekend, when food isn't available. It's absolutely beautiful what they and you guys do for the community. My children and I came in and donated a few items. They wrote little notes of inspiration that will be placed inside the bags of food.I grew up in a home that didn't have enough food and to see all the donations made me really emotional. They didn't have stuff like this when me and my sisters were growing up. So often we would go without. Or the 3 of us would share one Ramen soup and mom would say she wasn't hungry.Just wanted to say thank you for what you do for the community.Special thanks to Nikki Carson, because that's how I found out about it. If I could give more stars I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thanks for reading and have a beautiful day. ?

DO NOT TRADE IN with these guys. Went in excited to walk off the lot with a new vehicle today, but their trade-in manager, Jason intentionally miss-represents the vehicle when doing an appraisal. I was expecting the KBB trade-in value to be a bit lower than what I can look up myself, but he came back with $14,000 less than what KBB stated for a dealer trade-in. He showed me his auction sheet and spec sheet to justify his lowball offer and it clearly was missing multiple details, I asked him to update the details based on what the real vehicle has different then what he put in (color, performance engine, premium interior, guest assist) all value upgrades. He refused to correct anything and run the report again and would only honor the trade-in based off the false details. Drove an hour half to Vegas and got the full KB trade-in from the first Hyundai dealer we went to, ended up being a $15K drive for me! If they would like to dispute this as an unfair review I'd be more then happy to show my KBB details and would love to see them do the same to prove an apples to apples comparison. TRADE-INs BEWARE!

We took our Hyundai Sonata into Findlay Hyundai, St. George, Utah because there was a strong smell of gasoline coming from the vehicle. We had originally taken it in somewhere else for an oil change and had them look into the gas smell. They said it was most likely a leak in the fuel pump and advised us to take it to the dealership (because it could be under warranty) and not to drive the vehicle. We took it to Findlay Hyundai, they ran diagnostic tests and said everything was fine and that sometimes cars just smell like gasoline. After picking up the car and paying $105 to be told there was no issue...we could still smell gasoline. We then took it to another mechanic in town and they IMMEDIATELY found the leak in the fuel pump. They took pictures of it and recommended taking it back to the Findlay Hyundai dealership because it should be under warranty. We took the car back to Findlay Hyundai, explained to them that the other mechanic shop had found and showed them the pictures. Upon Findlay Hyundai's SECOND inspection (after seeing pics) they found the leak. They said it was not under warranty and charged us $970 to fix it.Findlay Hyundai ignored our concerns of the gasoline smell. Instead of actually looking at the fuel pump to check for leaks, they just ran some computer tests that obviously were inaccurate. My biggest concern was the safety issue. A car should not be driven with a fuel leak, due to the highly flammable nature of gasoline, a gas leak can easily lead to a fire or explosion. This can occur if the gasoline or its vapors come in contact with a heat source, such as a spark or very hot surface. It's extremely hot in St. George, Utah in August. We are so disappointed with Findlay Hyundai and their lack of concern for our safety. Luckily we had enough sense to take it to a competent mechanic that figured it out in no time. The only reason we went back to Findlay Hyundai is because we thought the fuel pump was under warranty, otherwise we would have had the mechanic that found the problem, fix it. I do not recommend Findlay Hyundai.

So disappointed with this service department, scheduled repair on door, was quoted price of $250.00, presented coupon when arrived and was told this is not service its more of a warranty thing. Went to pick up car and was given bill for $490.00. WHAT IS THIS!!! The service guy said oh I noticed we did not do service work last time you were in, so we did it now. I had no idea what was being done, I was quoted a price and the cost was doubled. No communication at all. I willing to pay for service that is needed but not being surprised plus they didn't apply the coupon for the service work. Would I buy another Hyundai, not with this service department!
