My car buying experience at Findlay was easier than I anticipated, and actually pleasant. Everyone who helped me with my new Forester was so knowledgeable and respectful. If you’ve hated the new car buying process in the past, this dealership is different. I think you’ll be well treated here, and drive away with a superior product in the bargain!

Just a great experience.Very pleasant experience.Easy to make reservations. They always take you promptly. The waiting room is lovely and very large with snacks and treats and is also pet friendly.They finished the car on time. They even gave us a rental to use, which was just fabulous.

everything was done well. And the car was returned clean. It was a big job too, short block replacement . Took several days. the rental car was great and no charge. I highly suggest the max extended FACTORY warranty (not aftermarket). Really like Findley and their service manager Jim.

I feel one of the most telling feature of a good or bad business is they way employees interact with each other. I can tell courtesy, and respect are top most important to Findlay. I'd come back to this establishment anytime. Great service and fantastic communication.

We had the best experience buying our Subaru through Findlay Subaru St. George! Everyone we met was super nice, and not pushy with us as we spent days looking for the right car. We specifically worked with Tom who was AMAZING! He was straightforward, honest, great communication & really looked out for our best interest! We will always come back to Findlay.

The Findlay service department does a fantastic job. I have had a great experience every time. They are courteous and get the job done quickly. They also perform a safety inspection every time I bring the car in for warranty work. Best service experience I ever had.

I’ve always gotten honest and high quality service at the Findlay Subaru St George service center. It is easy to schedule an appointment online and they have a nice waiting area. They always give me a clear idea of any upcoming issues to be aware of and let me know that all the systems on my car are functioning well. The service advisors are friendly and happy to answer any questions. I drive one hour from home and an hour back just to have my car serviced regularly at this dealership.

This is the third car we bought, and sold through Findlay. We’re quite satisfied with their performance. No pesky sales tactics here -just knowledgeable and helpful sales - very kind and friendly staff. Easy in and out. Financing. We have not had a better buying experience elsewhere. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying a new or used vehicle.

Best dealership experience we’ve had! After going to Stephen Wade and spending 3 hours being treated like idiots then given the most insane monthly options, we went to Findlay. Without any hassle or back and forth, we got into the perfect lease and LOVE our vehicle. Everything was simple and straightforward and everyone was respectful, kind and honest. I found our new dealership.

I would have given this place a 6 stars if I could. Our Subaru Forester broke down on a cross-country road trip near St. George. Upon suggestion from a local auto repair shop, we took it to Subaru Findlay so they could contact the manufacturer on our behalf.Our whole family including the 2 kids ended up staying over there for couple of hours while we were stuck here. The staffs were extremely friendly and understanding. What especially moved us was that the GM here Curtis came over and spoke to us about the incidence after he heard about our situation from another staff. He introduced us to Jim the service manager who gave us a lot of useful tips in dealing with and soliciting help directly with the manufacturer. And we received a free loaner car courtesy of the Subaru dealership for the next few days so we visited some state and national parks that weren't on our travel schedule before.We ended up leaving the broken car with them and flew over to our original destination. Once fixed, we made arrangement to ship the car over to our new house with their help. This was one of the worst experience we ever had, but the staffs at Findlay Subaru made it much better by showing their welcome and hospitality for us total strangers. For that, I am eternally grateful and will definitely do the same for people in dire needs in the future. In some ways, they not only helped us along the way but made the world a better place for everyone.

Just wanted to compliment Findlay Subaru for the overall experience. Everyone there has a smile on their face asking if you need anything, including the parts desk. I'm not a high profile client of any kind, but the dealership treated me like they were happy to be doing their job. The gentleman who helped me, Mr. Littlepage, went out of his way to update me on findings of the inspection and offered to fix the issues he saw on my car. He didn't insist, but simply asked if I wanted to add them to my service. I appreciate the non-pushy approach since dealerships are notorious for trying to sell you the everything possible if it means more money for them. Thanks Findlay Subaru, I'm a very satisfied client and will be returning for my next service.

Engine light was flashing about 20 miles out from St. George and problem was mostly diagnosed over the phone. I was cautioned to drive attentively and they could get the car in after lunch. The cooling system needed to be 'burped ' and I was in and out in less than an hour once the procedure began. Friendly and reasonable. Thank you.

My wife has had a Subaru practically her entire life, and loves them. She was getting her oil changed about a week ago - and saw a used (non Subaru) on the lot. She knew I was looking at getting a different car. I went in and met with Dax (sales). Being my countless times purchasing a car, I was straight up with him about being simple, upfront, and honest. He immediately proved to be just. I ended up purchasing the vehicle with ease. Dave (Finance Manager) was a pleasure to work with as well! A couple days after driving the car, I started getting a couple error messages. I asked Dax who they recommended for me to take it to. Jake (Used Car Manager) overheard the conversation and immediately jumped in and said he would personally reach out to their recommended shop and would handle whatever needed to be fixed. Now that’s customer service! A+ St George Findlay Subaru team!
