BUYER BEWARE. I bought a used vehicle from Findlay Volkswagen. LITERALLY the next day the check engine light turns on. I am out nearly $2000 less than a week after purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

This is the 2nd time getting work (maintenance)done at Findley VW in St. George. Today was with Tom. And again I was taken care of super well. Tom went above and beyond to help and accommodate. I can't say enough wonderful things about Tom and Pam. I thought I had a leak after the work was done and Tom had it looked at promptly. The mechanic was amazing too. Quickly reassured me it was not my car and looked at it immediately. Findley VW from purchase to service has been unparalleled in care. They are the BEST. I am grateful to each one there that has helped me. Thank you!

Amazing service!! My Atlas had to be towed into the shop on our way home, I was so worried having it taken to a shop that I had never dealt with and being 400 miles from home. Tom was amazing!! He understood the stress and was great at communicating what was going on. I love that they even washed my oil splattered car! I would consider coming back just for service even though I am out of town!

If I can say anything constructively it'd be it would've been nice from them to check my tire pressure. Littleraly the tire pressure light came on the next day. Other than that everything was great.
