Pam over Finley always treats me well and takes care of me. She knows me by name and is very personable. And they’ve always done well on my car repair. Sometimes I try to save a few bucks and go somewhere else to get something worked on and end up regretting it and going back to this dealership. Thanks.

The EPC light came on while driving on the freeway north of Hurricane when my VW Tiguan lost power. I was able to drive slowly to an exit and called Findlay Volkswagen service department. They had closed for the day but agreed to look at my car the next morning at 8 AM. They got my car in right away and were able to replace the fuel injection harness under warranty. The Service Department was so professional and helpful. I was able to get back on the road by early afternoon. I’m so grateful for their prompt and helpful service.

I had a transmission problem and I walked in with no appointment and they got me on the schedule 1 hour later! The technician also pulled my car in immediately and put a fan on it to cool it so he could get me taken care of as quickly as possible! I was out of there in 2.5 hours! I can’t say enough good about Findlay service department and technicians! I would recommend them to anyone for a great job and fair price!

If I could give this a zero star I would. This dealership doesn’t care about your safety! We bought a van a couple weeks ago and this morning my bumper was off on one side. Took it to several collision centers and was told my bumper was GLUED on! Not only could I have been injured but others on the road could have. I spoke with our sales person Zach who had zero remorse didn’t offer to help out, and he said well you got it for a lower price so nothing we can do. When I mentioned the glued on bumper they said they didn’t know anything about it! Tried reaching the general manager and was told he was in meetings all day! I need a brand new bumper on a car I’ve had less than two weeks. Would you really want to buy a vehicle from people like this? Ignore and dodge all accountability. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

To start. My 2013 Volkswagen CC Sport Plus was having some issues with the engine. I had a low oil pressure light come on so later that day i went down and got some oil i ended up putting a little to much in the car so it didnt want to start it was smoking like a old steam engine going down the road. It shut off in the parking lot shared with auto zone and "the shop" i took it too for convenience reasons it was close. They had it 18 days said "they fixed the problem" it needed carbon clean up new plugs ect ect. $2,400.00 later we get it back and get roughly 2k miles out of it before it starts acting up shaking, shifting hard loss of power epc light was flashing on and off. So we take it back to said "shop" they end up not knowing what was wrong with it and suggest we take it to volkswagen which we should have done the first time. These guys had my car done in 2 and a half days a full diagnosis within the 1st hour of dropping it off. I pick it up and come to find out its $200.00 cheaper then they initially said ? the car feels and drives brand new i can thank you guys enough this has been a huge headache and strain on our family and needless to say I wont take my Volkswagen any where else from here on out. 10 stars Thank you Volkswagen St George you guys truly are awesome! We cant thank you enough for the wonderful service. Even offering to give me a ride back home ?✔ all around great service amazing work I WILL be coming back here very soon to get all 4 tires replaced. P.s. Tom is the Gentlemen that helped us in the service department. Tom is the man you need also the lady across from him too is very kind and helpful when i called and checked on my car the day after dropping it off

We have always had a great experience with Volkswagen! We took my son to buy a car and we ended up buying one as well. The process from beginning to end was painless! We’ve used the service department for our oil changes and it’s nice to get in right away and they treat us with respect and just absolutely friendly! We tell everyone to go there and buy their vehicles there! We will be back for another one …

Made an appointment for regular service. They were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Service manager reviewed the work done and gave advice for future considerations. Just what you would expect from a good service provider.

Broke down on a Saturday afternoon and had car towed and left it. Called first thing Monday morning and Tom was amazing! Found the problem, let me know and was fixed by the end of the day. Super helpful in being able to pick the car up on off hours because “home” is 300 miles away.

Not super pleased with my service. I took my car in to get the AC system looked at and recharged. My appointment was scheduled first thing in the morning and I was told my service would only take 2-4 hours. After 6 hours, and no update I called to check on the status. I was unable to get a hold of anyone who could give me an answer. Eventually (after 3 more calls and almost 8 hours in total), I got ahold of my service advisor and was told that they were not able to get to my car that day as they were working on another. They did end up patching my tire for free which is the reason for the 2 star instead of 1. I know that things happen, but I am really disappointed about the lack of communication. My children and I were left without a car all day, and have to schedule a new appointment to try and fix the issue again.

I just wanna sayyyyyy come here if you’re looking for a new car or a trade in or anything!! I absolutely loved my experience here. Stephen Wade definitely ruined my car experience for me. I came here to give the car shopping another shot and I definitely don’t regret it. My boyfriend was even unsure about letting us get a new car but i found one online and went in to see it and fell in love with it! We weren’t too sure since we don’t have the best credit but we got approved for such a good amount for a payment monthly! I was so happy and my boyfriend was absolutely speechless when they went over numbers with him. He was the one who said yes and didn’t regret it! I went in and traded in my Kia Sorento! They made it so quick and easy. Provided so much information answered all our questions and went above and beyond. We met with Eliah, and Zach, and Rob the financial manager! They were all hands down amazing. Providing the best service from the moment we walked on the lot to the moment we drove off in our new car. The whole process alone only took an hour and we left and got a call back within 20 minutes and went back in and got everything done and signed within another 30 minutes. I will never go anywhere else. Loved working with Volkswagen and will definitely come back when my boyfriend is ready to trade in his car!! They even gave us rough estimates before even running our credit and then once approved wasn’t too far off! Absolutely loved it here!

Just bought a brand new Atlas and we already had to replace the gas tank. I know for certain this was not our fault. We have only driven on normal roads and have never hit anything on the road. Less than a month in a new car and we had to pay for something we didn’t do. This is my 4th VW and because of this it will most likely be my last. Very unfortunate

Set an online appointment for a oil change only knowing I barely got my engine light came on and my appointment was at 8am and I called around 12:15pm to check and they said they noticed an engine light. And so I just showed up at Volkswagen to asked them get my car out cause I only came in for a oil change although I was aware of the engine light on when the oil light came on it took them from 8am to 2:20 to change the oil and go through scanning coding for additional engine light problems when we only came for a oil change. Terrible service
