My storage unit is large and was clean upon moving my things in. It is a great location- not far from my house. I appreciate the 24/7 access and video surveillance. I'm happy with my experience!

Changed their number but didn't bother to update there sign to reflect that. Won't respond to the several emails I've sent them either.Pretty frustrating when I'm paying for my unit every month but they have got me locked out of my unit.

been trying to get into my storage unit I know its my fault for loosing my keys to my lock but I've been trying to get ahold of someone to see what my options are so I don't get in trouble cutting off or grinding off my own lock, I keep getting a runaround need to talk to upper management its been three weeks and still the same response that they will prioritize.

Very responsive when renting initially. Once unit is rented completely unresponsive. No one had inspected the unit since the last person moved out. Multiple repairs to door, lighting, electrical needed. Still trying to get them done after months. Only contact has been with out of state/country call center staff.

I've had a unit here for over a year now and I am very pleased with the service, plus 24 hour access ? even though it is not climate controlled or indoors, I haven't had any concerns about insect or excess dirt and dust. One issue is the lighting is obscured and inadequate for nighttime but I have used my vehicle lights to get by. I've had one price increase in the entire time since I first obtained my unit. ☺️ Easy access and convenient location.

They almost doubled my rent in under a year! These guys are complete scam artists! Update: my rent was raised twice in less than a year and in those two increases my rent ALMOST doubled! From 145 to 200 that's over a 50 dollar increase!!! Stop trying to save face. You guys are scam artists! You can rent literally anywhere else in St George for less than 200 a month!

Keep getting billed after I moved out and nobody knows how to fix it??. Somebody please return my call. I've called 6 times and hear the same thing..."Ill contact the owner, and call you back"Over A month and a half later...Still waiting, still being billed?No call back! Hope the owner is ok??Update: I finally received a reply back. It may have taken awhile but everything worked out. Thank you so much for taking care of the issue, Giving me the credit and refunding my deposit. I appreciate you! Although it was a pain in my rear moving and such, I still know my belongings were safe in the storage unit and the property was super clean and secured. Thank you!!
