The new manager Nicole is very kind and goes above and beyond to make sure all customers have a wonderful and pleasant experience at the store Nicole really interacts with everyone and tries to remember names and regulars and treats new people with the same kindness. Stopped in to buy a game for my Switch. The man there glared very angrily like my presence disturbed him. I could tell he was frustrated by the couple minutes I spent picking out a game as a gift. Then the man at the counter laughed in my face when ringing me up, I have no idea why. He made no comments the entire interaction not even a response to “hi how are ya?” Just angry and rude from the moment I walked in. I saw they were hiring and I understand why no one would want to be near this miserable human being. I’ve never had to write a bad review for anything before and try to always understand customer service employees but this guy seriously needs to be fired.

Love the employees here.Its a little busy since they are understaffed, but everyone is super helpful and always answers my questions about trading cards, video games, and merch. Best GameStop I’ve shopped at.

Lawrence, who says he is the store manager, approached my son and his friend in the store and accused them of talking about him. He said something like “I know you’re talking about me. What are you saying?” He then asked them to turn around and tell him what they were saying about him. They were terrified and stunned. They walked to the counter to purchase their video game and Lawrence took the game off the counter and told them to leave the store. They were so confused and shaken up. They NEVER said anything to him or about him. In reading other reviews, this looks to be a major problem and a major concern. GameStop, you need to take this seriously. You’ve got an employee with a possible mental health concern, and this situation could escalate fast. I notified the corporate office. I hope this is handled promptly.

The worst Customer Service I've ever encountered in any kind of store.!.!.!.! Lawrence needs to love life. Completely treated 2 kids with autism like garbage. Don't ever ask Lawrence any questions, or he'll remind you that he will not answer them! Literally, Lawrence will tell you he will not answer questions.... Please don't ever shop or support this store by Target in St George Utah ? the worst experience in any store, food, gas, convenient, auto shop, Big Membership Stores, heck food truck, laundromat!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Stay away from this place, and Lawrence

Just stopped in to grab some cards. The associate didn’t speak to me when I walked in even though they were entirely alone. I took my product to the register, said hello, and still no response. I asked if something was wrong or if I had in some way offended (I even apologized although this was the first interaction we’d had), and still no response. By now they finally decided to just point to the card reader and try to make unnecessary uncomfortable eye contact with me instead of asking if I was a pro member. So I decided I didn’t want the cards and left. Like, I get when you have a bad day but don’t take it out on someone you haven’t even bothered to speak to. Please be kinder to your employees if this is the kind of environment that makes them feel like this.

Lawrence had a terrible attitude the entire time I was there , he accused me of “saying things under my breath” when I didn’t say anything. Very rude and came off as aggressive.

Lawrence was ringing us up and acting somewhat strange. As I was putting in my card to pay he said " what did you just say under your breath?"
I hadn't said a word, literally just put my card in to pay.
I said "I didn't say anything." Then he got closer to me and louder, and said "do I need to say it again?"
I said again. "I didn't say anything." Then I finished paying and left.
I'm just confused and concerned. are other people having similar experiences here?

Lawrence was acting weird when me and my boyfriend came into the store he was talking to himself when he walked into the back room saying something about entity's then when we were paying for our item he started accusing us of saying stuff under our breath first accusing me then trying to accuse my boyfriend even though neither of us said anything and started getting more aggressive when we tried to say we didn't say anything it was quite frightening actuality I'm not sure if he's on something or just having an off day but you should probably check on him I hope no one else has to experience this with this at this store
