Garage Door Pros showed up 10 min. ahead of time after notifying me by text.Seth answered two questions I had in less than a minute. Allowed me to share my thoughts on a 16‘ x 8‘ tall garage door service repair he was hired to do.The Rental agency I am contracted with requested Garage Door Pros to service/repair/trouble shoot what was the cause. Pretty simple job. Seth diagnosed a number of existing issues and corrected them.My honest opinion. Seth saved the owner of this Property a lot of money on a garage door that eventually, would have been fully compromised.Good job Seth. Thank you Jim Savage

The spring broke on our garage door so we needed someone to come as soon as possible & they were able to schedule us the next day. Superior customer service! Received an immediate email confirmation of the appt. received a text message with a photo of the repairman (also the owner!) and another confirmation of time he would arrive. The springs were replaced in less than hour and again, received a text message as soon as the work was completed. I was so impressed with Garage Door Plus from the 1st phone call to the completion of the repair. Professional and courteous - Highly recommend.
