Just switched from TDS to Info West in St George. What a great decision. From TDS' $85 a month for basic internet to InfoWest high speed for $65 with a lifetime locked price, in writing. Their service and installation was fantastic. Very professional in all aspects. Highly recommended. I'll be promoting them here in Sunriver. Thanks.

They have an answering service that does not know how to do their job job they can't answer a simple question if they service an area or we have to take your information and send it to them poor customer service

Rick and all the workers have been SO awesome and helpful. They have a personal touch to all of their customer relations and truly care about their customers. We consistently get higher speeds than promised and they were on-site within 30 minutes of calling about a problem that ended up being our router and not the ISP.Great company, great speeds. Might be a tad higher than TDS, but the service is worth it if you need fast and reliable internet.

This company came in and bought out my previous company, and following, the service, both human and physical, deteriorated. Finally they said that they couldn't service me anymore because it wasn't profitable for them, which costed me thousands in changing to another company.What gets me, as you can read from my other posts, is that every time a big corp comes in and buys out a smaller, local service of mine I get screwed financially, or service quality deteriorates, or both. The up side for the smaller business selling out is money but the downside for their customer is poor quality during and after the transfer of ownership. Greed...

They try so hard but constantly fail to deliver. WiFi is intermittent at best, and they make us go through the same process every single time the network goes down, even if its the very next day. 45 minute phone calls making us go through a series of useless power cycling on and off, them trying to see if its our equipment ultimately realizing it is actually their problem then they finally do the action we asked of them 45 minutes earlier, "remote antenna restart," and the system is back up. This happens 3-4 times per week. They bit off more than they could chew, have incompetent tech support and not enough ground technicians to keep their hardware running properly. The only reason they are still in business is they are the only wireless game in town.

I have worked with these guys for over 5 years. They provide internet for my office and home. Randon, Rick and Gabe are awesome to work with and I have never had one worry with my internet. Super fast speeds! We get 100 upload and 92 download internet speed, at the car dealership on Bluff Street. Auto Passion Team has been very impressed with their customers service, they are courteous and quick to problem solve and give you what you pay for. I recommend them if you are ready to leave behind TDS or centurylink to a better service provider that cares when you call them. Way to GoFiber!
