I’m currently selling my car and the potential buyer asked to look under the hood. I went to grease monkey a couple months ago for an oil change, looks like they left a dirty rag under my hood. Super sloppy work. The sticker they provided still has 4,400 miles before another oil change is recommended. When they checked the oil it was already bad. It doesn’t even look like they changed it in the first place.
Poor experience at the shop too, staff would come out periodically to try and up-sell on random unnecessary services. Won’t be coming back.

We have used these guys for our fleet regularly for several years. Marcos has always been so accommodating and helpful with everything I need. I know that I'll always be well taken care of when he's here. His customer service is off the charts, and I look for him every time I come in.

I was new in town and was not sure where to get an oil change and also renew my auto registration. I made a few calls and spoke to Triana there. She was so friendly and helpful that I decided to try them out! I am so happy I did! They did a wonderful and thorough job! And Triana did such a wonderful job from start to finish!

They are good at doing fluids like oil, and what not. I requested a transmission filter replacement or cleaned, they wouldn’t do it. Too much work is what I was told. Also i was told i would receive a point by point inspection of my car, that didn’t happen. And i paid over 1,000 in service..

They got the job done. I setup an appointment online and was told upon arrival they go by first come first served and it will take an hour for my car to be done. It took an hour and forty five minutes. Not going back. Very non-apologetic, just told me I will know what to expect next time I come.

My parents and I drove down from SLC late Thursday night. My parents drove from Idaho and I started driving my mom’s vehicle in Nephi, UT. The wind was blowing really hard and I could hear something was vibrating and banging on the vehicle. We stopped further down the road and I noticed something was dragging underneath the vehicle. Unable to get to a Grease Monkey due to timing and location we continued our drive down to St George. This morning (June. 28) our first stop was at the Grease Monkey in St George. A friendly worker greeted us and I informed him that my mom had her oil changed in Pocatello, ID before they drove down to SLC to pick me up. I didn’t noticed the sound until I started driving her vehicle and that it looks like the cover for the oil pan was dragging. The associate was very helpful and polite, and told us they could definitely look at the situation and see what they could do to correct the problem.
Unfortunately, due to the Pocatello associates mishap of not double checking his work, my mom’s oil pan cover is bent, due to all of the flapping while driving down to St George. The associate in St George was able to screw it back on. Come to find out my mom also informed me that when they also got in her vehicle after the oil change in Pocatello, the inside cabin air filter wasn’t properly installed and they had to adjust things in the glove compartment to more properly fit the cabin air filter in its proper compartment.
My review is to hopefully improve training for associates that they take the extra time to make sure everything is completed before they return a customers vehicle. We are hopefully that the cover isn’t heavily damaged and that it will be able to stay attached while my parents continue to drive their vehicle. We really do appreciate the wonderful service and help we received at the Grease Monkey location in St George. Top notch service! Thank you.
