Usually have decent experiences here but not tonight unfortunately. Dressing rooms (with poor signage-not real clear) closed 1 hr and 30 min before closing Got yelled at for walking in past a bench in walkway that apparently was supposed to make it clear it was closed. When asked why closed excuse given was because they were understaffed and employee seemed upset they had to come in on day not scheduled. Hardly anyone was in the store and nobody was in line. Still wouldn't let my child try on pants. Would not give me the name of the GM so I could call and give feedback later. They said I need to call customer service. The first employee claimed to be a manager but their customer service was not impressive. Overheard her and another employee talking about my dressing room complaint at front counter and rolling their eyes but they got quiet when they saw me. I probably should not have given H&M the sale after such a negative experience but I wasn't going to have time to get to another store and my child needed the outfit. Thanks H&M next time you wont be my first choice. I think I'd rather go to a competitor nearby that once stayed open for us right at closing still helping us find the right fit with a smile on their face and extremely courteous.

Took my 14yo son in to “get a new look” and everyone was so kind. Joe went above and beyond helping get sizes and styles as my son figured out what he really liked. He spent over an hour hyping my son up and helping him leave with fits he loves and feels confident in. Stacie was also super kind and helpful and the person working the fitting room was so patient. That was my first time at H&M and we will definitely go back!

Came here today THEIR car reader wouldn’t work so I asked them to enter my card manually and they said they couldn’t!!!! You guys just lost nearly $500 in a sale!!! You Suck!!! I called my bank and they said there was no issue with my card that the problem was on THEIR end!!! Wasted time trying on stuff only to be told they couldn’t enter my card manually????!!!! Lost a customer here for sure!!!!

Zero willingness to honor any instore deals, tag prices, check the rack, honor a picture of things on the rack. They’re there for a paycheck and not to talk to you.

No one to ask for help, charged for a bag after paying for over priced items. Shame they can't handle a .50 bag for people that spend over $100 in clothing. It's a Shame. Won't be going back there.

there is this AWESOME guy who works at h&m his name is KALEB (caleb idk which one ) but he is so awesome and cool and will totally help you out if you need anything at all!!!! He will tell u if something looks good or not and helps you make decisions! the best worker there by far i hope they take care of him and give him what he deserves cuz he rocks!! much love to that guy ! ?
