Customer service is lacking with eshop. This is the second time I've picked up groceries that were ordered ahead and got home to find I'm missing items. I checked the receipt and I was charged for them. Called the store. Transferred a few times then told to call back tomorrow and maybe someone could help me.

i love harmons. coolest grocery store ever. its always been my favorite. it knocks the others out of the park. every employee is so nice at this location compared to others. everyone is just so cool. harmons genuinely has everything and most of it is actually good for you or is made with natural things which i like. ye baked items aren't the best for you but in the bakery everything is made fresh and isn't loaded with preservatives like other grocery stores. like all of them. the meat here is also the best quality and i would not get it anywhere else. but my favorite thing most of all is the cafe. their iced mochas are great and i get one every couple days. definitely recommend coming in.
(they also have the cheapest yerba mates in st. george so that's cool).
but seriously we don't know how lucky we have it that harmons is a local utah business. every store location i've been too has really good architecture, a good selection of everything, nice and helpful employees, and really good food. they're just so sick. this one is just my favorite

Going through Jalen C’s register and wanted cash back? $80.00 and she started handing me $70. In $5’s and a $10 bill, what’s up I asked for 3 $20.’s and one $10 help I don’t want the cash in small bills, she tells me I have to take it or she says you can use the bank or go to service they can change it? Again I ask Jalen please take it back. I was hoping for the convenience Harmons offers when you check out but oh no she wasn’t having it and pushed all the cash in front of me and didn’t apologize or say anything except I can’t do that. Well I love Harmons and everybody that works there except Jalen C be forewarned if you plan on cash out watch who you are dealing with. She is very unprofessional. Thx true story

The staff at this store is amazing! I especially had a really hard time with an important prescription and my insurance making me go through a hard time without it.. Katarina and Tyler helped me finally get the help I needed after days and days of constantly calling the pharmacy, going in person, and even talking with my doctor’s office as well. They’re both beyond kind and give amazing customer service! Thank you so much! 😭🙏🏼

I found myself TODAY in the "midst of a low sugar" 'attack'. I saw Airo ...(at the front) ...LEAD CASHIER AN SHE HELPED me get seated on" the" bench" ... brought me water and continuously had an 'eye' on me until my wife came over to the 'rescue' .
My favorite place for groceries + ... the definition of:
1. clean
2. FRINDLY
3. WELL STOCKED
4. BEST SOUR DOUGH BREAD !!
