My son had a little toy finger scooter that needed a new tiny screw to hold it together so he could play with it again without it falling apart. When I called, Ryan said to come on in and he would see if they have something to fix it. He took the time to secure it with a new screw and lock tight. This made my day to get this fixed for my son. Ryan didnt even want to charge me. This is a great local shop that I hope the community supports and we keep them open.

I am repeatedly overly impressed with the service provided. The owner has helped me beyond what I've expected. He has now inconvenienced himself for my benefit twice. Top notch!

Awesome and fun store!! The store is well-organized, and they have a fantastic selection of products for all kinds of hobbies—from model building to RC cars and everything in between. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always happy to help with any questions I had. I was especially impressed with their customer service, as they went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned hobbyist, this place has something for everyone. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area!

Not my cup 🍵 f tea but what they do they do really well. I was looking for items they don't carry, but they do have an impressive selection of RC items and the best Warhammer and paint inventory in town.
A few magic cards and no other games.

I frequent this establishment every time I visit this city, probably going back five or so years. I game 15mm miniatures (see below) but can usually always find some sort of terrain type items for use. Whoever said they don't support model trains is misinformed- terrain is a big part of that hobby. Probably 75% of the store is geared to RC, which I know little about. Reading through other reviews here I'm amazed to see much of the whining and complaining from folks. Lol, oh the wringing of hands and gnashing of teeth because they don't carry your little $1 part! Hey newsflash, this is St. George Utah, not Metropolis. You should feel fortunate to have a store that at least tries to cover as much hobby related ground as possible. I game MINIATURES, and can always find something there worthwhile.
And the owners are standup types, Air Force veterans who opened this place up on their retirement and give back to the community. They absolutely do not deserve some of these clown comments.
Hobby Towns are franchises, they aren't all going to be identical. Whining because this store doesn't jive with your favorite place in 'Idaho Falls' makes you look petty and trite. I'm glad they are here and provide another source of interest in St. George.

Hands down amazing store AND it’s family owned! Always been received with quick and helpful insight on my RC car and my sons! This is the reason why we want to have Local hobby stores in St George! Such a well run business! Keep up the good work. The other reviewers saying they don’t have Traxxas is like driving to a Ford dealership and complaining they don’t sell parts for your Honda. It’s irrelevant to what this store does for the local community of RC hobbyists

waited ten minutes in front of the store after it said it opened and no one came so i had to leave. it’s happened before so i just wish they’d actually open like their store hours say it’s a waste my time

90% of the times that I've gone to the store, they are either "out of stock" of simple items like sanding pads, fine tweezers, exactor knife blades, etc. They did have in stock various diameter metal rods for reinforcing model figures or whatever. I took a drive to the store only to be told, "Oh, we don't have those anymore." I cannot see me driving to this shop again because most of the time, it's a waste of my time.

They don’t carry Traxxas unfortunately so I have to order everything online for that brand, but they have other brands people like.

not very helpful at all, when you ask a question they seem to want to keep it a secret.
