Home Depot specifically blocks mobile payments and MST payments at their terminals. The model of card readers they have support tap to pay and yet for some reason Home Depot insists on blocking mobile payments. It's 2024. Companies that willfully remove the ability for mobile pay spit in their customers face and in the face of security. Get with the times or get out of the market.

Just returned from W. St. G Home Depot (5/29/24) picked up my online order. Several female employees were talking about what they had planned for outside work hours. I was standing there & some blonde looked at me like I was interrupting their gab session & very snidely asked "what I needed." When I told her, she rudely responded you have to come over here, even though where I was standing clearly said "Customer Pickup" didn't get her name unfortunately, but I am a devoted Lowe's shopper now. I'm sure management will do nothing about this except have a good laugh. Good customer service starts at the top.

Great Store, has what you need. It is best that you know what you are looking for though because the employees don't know too much about what they are selling.

I have now done two advance purchases with in store pickup. This system is terribly broken. On this last order, I had to stand in line for over 20 minutes because only one employee can apparently handle these purchases. After sending me texts saying my order was ready for pickup...and my 20 minute wait, the employee finally picks my order! What...the text said that the order was ready! When I finally get home, I find the employee selected a sheet of plywood that was damaged beyond use. The store made it right a day later but this entire system of advance purchases should either be fixed or scrapped.

very helpful associates in the fencing area. Stopped in to return alarm area adapters for prior family repair. Would have been 5 stars, if had offerings of yard gate latch hardware, suitable for metal gates.
