Kelli Warwick Did a fantastic job helping me set up a new policy and got me and my grandparents the best one possible. I am an extremely satisfied customer and would recommend Howe insurance brokerage every single time. This woman needs a raise!!

This brokerage has gone downhill. Matt used to be very kind and so helpful and always would call back. Ever since he moved, he and Amanda have sucked. Amanda made a mistake on our policy for the mileage which was $30 mistake. She said she corrected it over and over and that wasn’t the case. We bought a house and asked to see what home owner insurance was available and she never got back to us. We eventually found someone else and told her we would be cancelling and she said our bill with them would be $90 to be covered for TWO days, when our bill was $160 a month. I asked why it was so much and to send us an itemized statement and no response. Her and Matt never answer or return calls. The other agents do and are so nice but don’t know what’s going on and kept asking either Matt or Amanda to respond. DON’T GO WITH THIS BROKERAGE!

Matt Howe is not an Honest Broker. A mistake was made on my policy. My terrific agent Jennifer Price was no longer at the agency, so I ask Matt Howe to help me resolve the mistake. He said he was too busy. Buyer Beware!

I was so disappointed in Matt Howe. He was not willing to help me assist in righting his agent's mistake. He had the audacity to tell me that my 82 year old mothers single policy was not worth his time. He even hung up on me. Very unprofessional. In this day and age, the only reason you use personal agents is for the customer service aspect. It makes much more sense to go with online options that actually save you money rather than going with personal agents like the Howe Insurance Agency who you are not worth it for. Also, Jennifer is no longer there and she was the only one who cared at this Agency.

Once your purchase your policy they won’t get back to you if you need help, will tell you one rate and when you get the bill it’s far more - then get told we’ll you can shop around there’s nothing I can do. Lying to customers is wrong, all information should be disclosed up front!

We have loved Howe Insurance!!! My parents have been with them for over five years and when I got married we went with Howe Insurance as well. The staff is friendly and very helpful! Both Matt and Steven make sure you are taken care of. We recently moved out of state and Matt and Steven helped us find a insurance broker that would be reliable! They truly care about their clients!
