Went to get a hair cut, as a walkin. Front door locked, and they don't close for another 1 and 40 minutes. I call them and asked them if they're open and she says.. Yes, and I tell her I'm at the front door and she says she's in the building and not taking any clients. And they don't take walkin this late. First time going and disappointment already. I'll try again in the future. Or not.
If Walk-ins are welcome they should be available until closing, i mean, I would understand if I was coming in 20 minutes before closing. You should put hours may vary instead of walkin's are welcome for all for the whole place... especially if you're renting out just a booth. Or a section of the place.

Got a perm and it turned out perfect! Jen was also the most genuine and nice person you’ll ever meet. I definitely would recommend, i’ll be coming back for sure

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience today at I AM Salon. I booked online and the only available nail tech at the time I needed happened to be the cheapest one listed. As the nail appointment went on I felt it was a very amateur job. I had a structured gel done and it was not even, dripping and crusting onto my skin. The tools used didn't feel sanitary and I kept reminding myself this may be what I was paying for. When the appointment ended she (Shanna) charged me $20 MORE than I was expecting and couldn't communicate the price discretion to me. I paid the full price and left completely distraught that these poorly done nails were so expensive.

Jenn Ross is simply amazing . 1 stop shop she does it all. She has done my lashes , waxing , hair dye and hair extensions. Soon I'm having her do my eyebrows and permanent make up. Like I said she does it all. Highly recommended

I made an appointment with Jen for a perm and was hoping that she would become my regular new hair stylist. She was wonderful! The perm was beautiful and the style perfect. I would recommend her without reservation to the most discerning of clients.

I only go to I AM Salon. Jennifer always does a great job on my hair. She's very personable, I always enjoy seeing her for a haircut. I highly recommend I AM Solon to anyone. My wife visits her as well and loves her.
