First-time visitor today. Their service was amazing. I am a DIYer and I am preparing to paint a project truck. I am quite inexperienced but Brandon (at least that's the name on my quote) took the time to explain what I needed, offered advice, and was very understanding of my inexperience. I look forward to going back many more times.

I repair and refinish furniture. Even after testing colors and getting a clients approval, the color can come out different than expected. I was told to call Ideal by one of their competitors who I had visited.I was able to speak with Russell, who has been using Rubio Monocoat for years and is very knowledgeable in color theory and application.Now I can purchase the stain I prefer to use locally, and I have a great source to bounce my thoughts and ideas off.

After stopping at Ideal Distributors, it easy to see why they have a five star rating. The people are absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about Joey and Emery. Their knowledge and experience is impressive. I went there with only a vague idea of what I needed. Joey explained options, answered all my questions and gave me tips and suggestions that were very helpful. Emery knows her stuff! She did a perfect job of matching the paint color on my '94 Bronco. They both treated me like a customer who spent $10,000 when I only ended up spending $50! It's the people who make the difference in a business, and Ideal has some great people. Five stars, but I wish I could give more! Thank you, Joey and Emery!

I read good reviews from other customers and they weren’t wrong! The folks were incredible knowledgeable and helpful. They helped create a color from a 1970’s era Volkswagen that was exactly what I was looking for and answered numerous questions I had about a variety of paint related topics. I highly recommend this business!
