Unfortunately, this business has not been responsive. They have not returned my calls or provided support for Indy RV customers. Based on my experience, it has been difficult to get any follow-up or communication. Don’t waste your time or money.

1 Star – Buyers Beware!
Our experience with Blue Compass RV has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, the dealership attempted to overstate our loan payoff amount — essentially trying to rip us off during the purchase process. Thankfully, we caught the discrepancy, but that should have been the first red flag.
We purchased our camper back in August, and here we are months later still waiting for our license plates. Despite multiple calls and promises that “they’re on the way,” nothing has been resolved. The lack of communication and accountability from this dealership has been unbelievable.
We expected honesty, transparency, and basic follow-through — and got none of the above.
Buyers beware: save yourself the stress and stay far away from Blue Compass RV.

Note: The following review was for the previous company purchased by Blue Compass RV. I have had no personal experience with the new owners or their services.
Purchased a brand new trailer about a month ago. The experience I had was excellent. They went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. When another dealer in town became one of the worst experiences of my life this was so refreshing to have a local dealership follow through and provide us with exactly what we wanted at a fair price. After the dishonest experience we had with the other major player in town, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company caring as much about the customer as their bottom line.

I had an exceptional experience with Jameson Petticrew and Victor Sturdevant while getting my 2026 Dynamax Isata 5 Series Extreme repaired. They went above and beyond, accommodating me with a same-day appointment and completing the repairs by noon—talk about efficiency! Their professionalism and courteous demeanor made the entire process seamless and stress-free. This is exactly how a service visit should go. Highly recommend Jameson and Victor for their outstanding work and customer care!

I needed good advice regarding towing stability & anti-sway issues with my truck & trailer. Malin & Victor in Service was very helpful with advice and Marc, the technician couldn't have been more helpful. Great dealership and everyone there tried to be of help. Highly recommend them.

On a trip with my fiancée through the Mighty 5 parks, I ended up breaking the 30 Amp power, pulling a way still attached. We showed up at Blue Compass a little panicked, and the sales team had left for the day. The remaining team there did everything they could think of a way to get us to get us a cable, even giving us names of competitor locations that should still be open. A representative Max found a way to get us a cable and are problem was solved.
The honesty and the different ideas the team at Blue Compass came up with meant a lot and we truly saw the good in people We would highly recommend their location for having the comfort they are looking out for the customer first.

We walked around for an hour before anyone asked us if we needed help. When we mentioned we were traveling he seemed uninterested. He was friendly enough but I know it was the end of the day and he was probably ready to go home. I would have bought a camper if I would have run into a salesman. It all worked out for the best

After 7-1/2 weeks I finally have my RV back home. I was told my work order was lost in the transition from Indy to Blue Compass. I that time, I never once received a phone call to update me on the status of the repair. I did not receive an estimate for repairs. However, when I finally found out the repair was complete and arrived pick it up I was was hit with a bill. Unprofessional.

Stay away from this place unless you want to be taken advantage of!!! Seriously. Go to Blue Compass in Vegas. We were going to buy a RV and had a little trouble coming up with the amount they wanted down. Long story short, they added 1.5% to our loan for their incentive. Yes, they can legally do that. When calling the loan company directly, we found out they were a bunch of liars! When we called to cancel the loan, they all of a sudden found a “coupon” that could lower our interest rate and the amount down. They took us for idiots!! Ask for the approval letter from the bank because these people are snakes!! We also called a near by Blue Compass and they have been hearing this same thing about Hurricane.

These guys are awesome. They have me some under belly tape for free to fix my issue and also helped me find a part online they didn't carry although they weren't getting a sale from it

Blue compass is the best!! Kevin, our salesman, did an awesome job in asking the right questions to get the perfect trailer for us. They ended up bringing a trailer in from their Las Vegas lot. And it was even better than the nice pictures they had posted.
Hats off to the general manager, finance dept, and service depot for an awesome job helping with the purchase, trade in , and walk through .
Indy Rv did a super job with our maintenance on our Forest River vibe that we purchased from them and used as a trade in on our new Grand design Imagine trailer.
Again AWESOME JOB TO ALL!!
