Worse than Centurylink and Xfinity combined, gave them 3 months to provide me the fiber service they charged me for with zero results. Every single time I tried to use it the service was down. Every. Single. Time. Completely unacceptable.

Horrible service, I am paying $420 a month for by business to have fiberoptic internet, and our internet is lagging so bad. I called customer service, they upsold me a new router with mesh system, but they want me to go pick it up and plug it in myself, otherwise for them to come and do it, while making sure it works, it will cost $90. Just ridiculous.

I’d like to know why infoWest has been charging my parents As their Internet service provider for four years when my parents have actually been using Utopia. My parents will call info West when they have problems with their Internet and they’re always told they’re on time with their payments and no problems on info west side. Come to find out last night they don’t use info they use Utopia and they’ve been paying Utopia and info West. Not once has infoWest pointed out that they aren’t using their data and they just keep taking my parents money.

I called into Tech Support and spoke with Jackson. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. I’ve already recommended a couple of my friends because of Jackson.

Info west has been a good WiFi service but as of recently it has been worse then ever we’ve had r internet go out 3 times this week and I’m testing and way way less then what we’re paying for the customer service seems to be good but I would like to know why we’re paying for 100 and testing at 8
