“If I could give more stars I would. This customer service experience was unlike any other. I went in to see about upgrading my phone, and Evan gave me the deal of a lifetime! I ended up leaving having spent under my budget, with more than the phone upgrade! I got devices for my husband and me, watches, Airpod Pros, and even an IPad! My monthly bill is going to be *less* than it was, with all of those devices! Evan was so easy to talk to and truly made me feel valued as a customer of T-Mobile. I was thoroughly listened to and taken care of. These folks at T-Mobile (especially Evan) are actively trying to save you money rather than make money off of you. “If I could have delt with William directly a month ago I would be very satisfied with TDS. He handled the issues quickly and professionally. Answered question, and showed us how to run the equipment. Your third party team was a problem and your TDS assistant phone persons are quite unable to handle what has happened to us this last month. Sending the service worker directly to our home was the best solution. He could see right away what the issue was. William is my hero today!”
