I ended up leaving having spent under my budget, with more than the phone upgrade! I got devices for my husband and me, watches, Airpod Pros, and even an IPad! My monthly bill is going to be *less* than it was, with all of those devices! Evan was so easy to talk to and truly made me feel valued as a customer of T-Mobile. I was thoroughly listened to and taken care of. These folks at T-Mobile (especially Evan) are actively trying to save you money rather than make money off of you.
