“In January of last year I purchased and had Jeff install the President Richard radio in my Jeep TJ. I recently began to experience “power glitches and display issues” with the radio. I stopped by their new location and talked to Jeff about the things that were happening. I was fully prepared to hear that the radio was out of warranty but to my surprise there’s a 2 year warranty on this model. I made an appt and took my Jeep in this morning where the issues were identified. Immediately a new radio was set up and installed when an underlying wiring issue that probably dated back to the initial installation was identified. Jeff identified the issue and ran new power and ground wires using heavier gauge wires. Quickly I was up and running again. I can’t think of any better place for radios than Jeff’s business.”

He was quick courteous and very knowledgeable with Crickets setup of the BYOP service and helped me get my service going on my new phone after I busted my old sim card trying to remove it from my old phone.

“I received prompt, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable assistance when I went in to add a line to my phone. Took less than a half hour total and the gentleman who helped me was very professional, polite, and informed. He didn’t make me feel like I was unwanted which sometimes happens when employees don’t enjoy their job and just want to go home.”
“If I could give more stars I would. This customer service experience was unlike any other. I went in to see about upgrading my phone, and Evan gave me the deal of a lifetime! I ended up leaving having spent under my budget, with more than the phone upgrade! I got devices for my husband and me, watches, Airpod Pros, and even an IPad! My monthly bill is going to be *less* than it was, with all of those devices! Evan was so easy to talk to and truly made me feel valued as a customer of T-Mobile. I was thoroughly listened to and taken care of. These folks at T-Mobile (especially Evan) are actively trying to save you money rather than make money off of you. I didn't feel rushed, I was comfortable and left feeling like a million bucks. If you're going into this store for *anything* ask for Evan. He will provide a wonderful experience for you, especially if you're someone with social anxiety like me.”
“I've loved Targe' forever but their curbside delivery has given me that much more to love. The runners are fast and friendly and will take back plastic bags for recycling, for which I am grateful and I tip. Using the app improves the curbside experience and is super safe.”
