We are so grateful with the amazing service we received from Dustin, he removed, installed and reprogram the battery in a BMW . My husband and I were thinking in DIY but after watching videos and seeing how complicated is to get the battery out of those cars we called several places and went to interstate. Thank you Dustin so much for your help, We will definitely recommend you to anybody in need of a battery.

Interstate batteries are the best. They had my battery for my BMW. They help me get my battery installed and program for the new battery. I have told everyone to buy there battery here. My sister is in Montana and she needed a battery I told her to go to Interstate Batteries. When I need another battery that where I will go. Thank you so much.

The employees are very courteous. Employee Brandon helped get my battery out of the vehicle, clean the terminals, and put a new battery in the vehicle for me. Brandon was happy to do it. You do not see this kind of customer service anymore. Wish more places had employees like Brandon! Thank you for your hard work.

We have been searching for the solution to the Hoyer lift battery replacement with no results. My boss then came to me with it opened up and you could see two box looking batteries inside of it. I took them over to interstate and the workers there had it replaced in 10 minutes. It is now working like a complete charm! And what was $317 online ended up being $83 there and no wait time for shipping. Literally freaking magical! Best experience ever!! I cannot say enough good about these people!! I highly, highly suggest them for anyone in direct patient care. They will make sure your equipment is in tip top shape! 10/10 for sure!!

What can I say , these guys are awesome and the prices are better than orileys or auto zone there warranty are great I bought 2 batteries for my dodge ram diesel had issues with 1 and they were right on top of it

Batteries both less than 9 months old wouldn’t hold a load on our camping trailer. No refund or prorated toward new when I returned them to Costco. Was told they are having them returned on an increasingly frequent basis and will likely be dropped by Costco.
Stick with NAPA. They still sell batteries that are outrageously dependable

I have recently purchased a battery from this store and worked through one of their employees named Brandon Bowler. What a kind a helpful person to deal with. I wish all business was this easy and nice. Would recommend getting all your batteries from these people. They really care and are very helpful.
