“I needed to have my 46 year old wedding ring sized and antiqued. From the moment I walked in the door until I picked up my ring after having the work done, everything was perfect! They greeted me, answered all of my many questions, inspected my ring and gave me a price (which was very reasonable) of what it would cost. Upon inspection, they noticed that I had two prongs that were missing/damaged. They fixed the prongs, sized and antiqued the ring. It took about a week and they notified me that the ring was ready for pickup. It was beautiful! It looked like a brand new ring! Words cannot describe how satisfied I am with Seven Oaks service, pricing, professionalism and care. I am so pleased with their high quality workmanship and my entire experience. Not even eBay prices.(I checked) I found a couple things that I felt were fair. But most of it was too much $ for what it was. However- nearly everything had a price tag. Which is quite an accomplishment for a place like this.”
