Good place to get your oil changed, I was in and out really quick.
The big guy needs to cheer up a little he i said hi to him as he was unlocking the store before 8am and he looked at me and didn't say a word. Upon getting my oil changed I was on my phone and he opens my door really quick and i didn't know he was opening it and it kinda put me in scare mode.
Other wise was good place to get your oil changed, get there early as they do get busy.

I used to only use the dealership for my oil changes, but Jiffy Lube has better pricing and better service. Staff is always friendly and efficient. This River Road location is by far the best Jiffy Lube in town, and I've always had a great experience!

This was my first time going to this location. I tried out this location to see if the service was better than the location on Telegraph rd down the street. First things first, there isn’t a comparison. Hands down this location far exceeds the service provided by the telegraph location. Second, the interactions didn’t feel pushy or like they were only out to add on to the transaction. If I was to be apart of this organization, I would build off the behaviors from this location and instill them into the other location. In St George its rare to get great customer service and thats truly what separates one store or one company from the next.

Very impressed with how well this location operates! Came in right before 5:00pm and both lines were 4 cars deep. I was out in about 50 minutes.
Jiffy Lube is lucky to have Dani at the helm. She is on top of things - efficient but never rushed, and personable. As I watched her check out the handful of people in front of me, she was never pushy about additional services. She informed, educated, and occasionally stressed prioritizing certain services pointing out safety concerns. I appreciate this type of atmosphere.

Not happy. I called and asked how much it would be for an oil change. Told him all I wanted was the least expensive oil and they said it would be $55. My wife called and she was told it would be $55. when she got there they charged her $89. Saying that they had to put synthetic oil in the car. that’s called bait and switch and I won’t be back.

They are all very nice and I got in and out of there in less than an hour. They even open the door for me, so sweet. Definitely recommend Jiffy Lube to everybody.♥️
