I’ve been going to Jonny Roxx jewelers for the past year mainly to repurpose or repair jewelry. John always made excellent recommendations for enhancing my jewelry pieces and the final results were always outstanding. John and staff were very friendly and welcoming.John valued and showed appreciation for my legacy jewelry that I gifted to my grandchildren. He is also excited to create jewelry to my specifications. About 2 or so years ago me and husband came to look at rings here, we were helped by two people (can’t exactly remember their names wish I could!) but they both were amazing. They helped us figure out my perfect engagement ring! They also helped us out by letting us do some payments! This is my dream engagement ring 100% and they took care of us throughout the whole process, not only that but I come in and get it cleaned still and they always are so kind. We went back a couple months ago to start figuring out my wedding band and instantly found the perfect one! They saved it to my wishlist for when we are able to come back to get it! I just can’t say enough about how much I love this place ❤️ this doesn’t even cover half of what they’ve done to help us out either!

I love them!! So easy to work with and sooo nice! When I changed my mind they worked with me and happily changed the design of my ring. They even sent me a handwritten congratulations letter on my wedding day :))

I LOVE JONNY ROXX. I have never had any problems with any of their work. They are always ready to show me everything they have that Im looking for. Their custom works are exquisite. Ive been there 5 or 6 times now. I have plans to go back to spoil my wife and girls some more. Detailed explanation of what they will do and their work and craftmanship always exceeds what they promise. They are alway friendly and I love bringing my wife in there with me. I wish I could give them 10 stars. You guys are awesome!
