The greatest experience you'll have shopping for shoes even with so many customers they catered to each customer evenly employees hard at work at it's finest we will keep coming back for our shoe selection and great prices I recommend to anyone shopping for shoes go to journeys you will not be disappointed

I called the store and they didn't have my size in the shoe I was looking for, however I dropped by in person to see if the display happened to be my size. Sky asked me what I was looking for and went out of her way to check for them online. I live in Ogden and she was checking all kinds of places for me trying to track down these shoes. She called my local store which I had checked the day before but they ended up having one left in my size miraculously. This is what good customer service is; going out of your way to make something work for your customer even if it's elsewhere. I worked retail for a few years and I can so appreciate her being so helpful. Super happy with the help I received from Sky, keep that girl around!

Extremely pushy to buy water proof stuff, socks, etc. After already having said multiple times I was only there to buy a pair of shoes.

Cool store, great selection on Converse, Timbs, and other brands like, Fila, Doc Martins and Vans. Friendly Staff great Customer Service. It's one of the cooler stores in the mall.

Yesterday I went into this store knowing exactly what I wanted to buy, I wasn't sure about my shoe size and I expressed that to the sales associate. But instead of helping me in that aspect he brought out a bunch of other styles that I showed no interest in buy. He brought me the wrong size shoe that was a 1/2 size to big. Thinking he had brought me the right size I bought them and wore them, knowing now that they are the wrong size I can't return them since I've worn them. I will never shop at this store ever again the service was horrible and pushy. I would not recommend shopping in this store.

stop trying to sell me other stuff. if i was interested in other shoes i would ask for them in my size. won’t be buying shoes here again. i’ll just order them online.
